Native plants are easier to grow and better for the local environment than many cultivated varieties. In this class, students will learn about all of the edible or useful native plants that they could incorporate into their landscape.

18th Annual Gardening Symposium
When: November 5th (Saturday) 9am-4:30pm
Where: RCC/SOU Higher Education Center, 101 S. Bartlett, Medford, Oregon
  Jackson County Master Gardeners  offer 35 different classes, for beginners to professionals, to help you learn and grow as a gardener. Parking and lunch are free. Pr-registered cost  $45 for a full day of classes.

Jackson County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden Open House

The Open House will feature self-guided tours of 25 gardens including the Lavender Garden, which is part of the Southern Oregon Lavender Trail.
