Rogue River Watershed Council

Ashland Garden Club is providing support though donations to the Rogue River Watershed Council, whose goals are to improve water quality by restoring in-stream habitats, rehabilitating stream sides  and create healthy watersheds throughout the Rogue River Basin.

2017 Seed Sorting

The Ashland Garden Club’s Heirloom Gardeners met at North Mountain Park to sort, clean, and package seeds for Ashland Parks & Recreation’s annual seed swap to be held on February 2nd from 7-8 PM at North Mountain Park’s Nature Center. The seed swap is free and open to all ages.

Garland Assembly

Many thanks to all the “Garland Girls” who participated today in creating the annual garlands for the Ashland Community Center and Pioneer Hall. 
It was such a beautiful day to lift our spirits and we finished in record time.

Community Cider Pressing 

When:  Sunday, Nov. 6th from 2pm to 5pm
Where:  2209 Talent Ave, Talent Oregon
What: Bring apples to press & containers for fresh pressed cider
 
If you don’t have apples to share, come anyway to help prepare apples for the press. 
Suggested donation for cider is $6 a gallon.
Please bring clean containers for cider to take home.
